It can act as an amendment for improving drainage when added to regular potting soil, coco coir, or peat. It can also be used on its own for high humidity environments. Great for plants with medium to thick roots, including anthurium, monstera, philodendron, hoya, and larger alocasia. It can also be used for Phalaenopsis orchids and other orchid species that thrive in a lighter, aerated mix.
