Justitia was the Roman god of Justice. Her origin maybe from the Greek Titan Themis, who was an oracle at Delphi and became known as a god of divine justice. She is depicted here c arrying the scales of justice in one hand and a sword in the other while blindfolded. This is to symbolize her fair administration of justice without corruption or prejudice. This statue measures 11.75" tall. It is made of a heavy resin and finished in cold cast metal (bronze/pewter). Show more
