Custom Extension Order & Appointment Policy All hair extension orders are custom-made specifically for each client based on their selected: Length Texture Color direction Density Because all extension orders are custom and made to order, ALL hair is final sale and non-refundable once production has begun. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Payment & No-Show Policy All services and custom hair orders must be paid in full prior to the appointment. If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment after full payment has been made: The full amount paid will be retained The appointment will be considered forfeited No future appointments will be accepted This policy is in place due to the time, labor, and custom preparation required for each client. Client Acknowledgment By completing a purchase and/or booking an appointment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
