We recommend 2700K warm-white LED, ≤40W equivalent — the frosted opal glass diffuses the light gently, and warm color preserves the glass's milky-cream tone. G9 bulbs are widely stocked at Amazon, Home Depot, IKEA, and hardware stores. Which size should I order? Small (Ø7.9″ × 15.7″) fits nightstands, narrow consoles, and desks where the lamp shares the surface with other items. Large (Ø9.8″ × 19.7″) is more substantial — works as a feature lamp on a wider console, sideboard, or as a pair flanking a bed. Most rooms benefit from going slightly bigger than feels safe — the Large rarely feels too big. Is the Kade dimmable? The fixture itself has only an on/off inline switch.
