Mango Barfi Our Mango Barfi begins with milk, slowly cooked down into khoya before mango is folded through the batch. We leave tiny pieces of mango throughout the barfi, so every n ow and then you get a little bite of fruit between the soft, milky layers. Once everything comes together, the mixture is spread, allowed to set, and cut by hand. It’s still barfi at heart — just with mango running through it. Show more
