Coffee Barfi Coffee Barfi starts the same way good barfi should — with milk cooked slowly until it reduces into khoya. Coffee is then worked through the warm khoya with sugar, givi ng the barfi its light brown color and that familiar roasted coffee taste. Once the mixture comes together, it’s spread, left to set, and cut by hand. It’s an unusual combination, but one that makes sense after the first bite — barfi with a little coffee in it. Show more
