The Kakapo (night Parrot) is a crittically endangered bird native to New Zealand. It cannot fly and relys mainly on its soft green plumage as camoflage to protect its self. It is e stimated to only be 125 birds surviving today. Ana Lee Bergius is an artist living and working in the Catlins, New Zealand.
