The journey on the palate is a grand one with a long finish leaving us wanting more. Simply delicious. These peppercorns look very attractive with an even size. They deliver a pleasing, fresh, bright flavour with an enjoyable mild element. This is a well-balanced and delicate peppercorn that has a lovely, long finish. These peppercorns have excellent structure and a rich, clean, spicy aroma. The peppercorns release a spicy warm flavour which is natural and intense, with a very satisfying level of warmth. A very intriguing pepper - a capsicum heat alongside fruity cooling menthol. The heat is rasping but pleasant and lingers. The mint notes are fresh, bright and herbaceous. Our minds are running with what we can do with this - a few dropped into mint tea, wonderful in a classic mint sauce with lamb - and perhaps a sprinkle over a mojito! A wonderfully versatile pepper.
