A carry all bag using an age-old Indian sewing technique. Using cotton and recycled sari material, in a traditional kantha style that layers the material, then sews them together w ith running stitch. A fun and colourful handy shopping bag. This is a traditional skill of Bengal involving sewing many layers together of recycled sari cotton material and embroidering over them. Kantha work only became available commercially in the 1980's and the women who work with Sasha are part of a small exclusive group of specialists.
