Kantola, or Momordica dioica is also known as Spine/Teasel gourd in English, is a cucurbit that is popular in India and other parts of Asia. This gourd is small and round in shape and has spikes all around the outside of the fruit. Kantola is prized for its many health and nutritional benefits.
