Karnage is a Jura project from Charles Dagand and Stéphane Planche, that I had the chance to meet at his cellar in Arbois. Only négoce. And you know what? It is gonna blow your min d. Here, we have the union of two macerated grapes : Grenache Blanche and Muscat of Alexandrie. First, muscat aromatic in the nose. Peachy, white flower, intense. Then, easy-going, no tannins, fruity and slightly sweet in the month. Pure summer juice and incredibly fun. I mean, they wrote it themselves: Pure grape juice, nothing else.
