Kayak Cake Size: 8-9" approx. Available for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. There are three cake sponges to choose from and the outer cake is covered with a sugarpaste fondant icing. The vanilla sponge is a light and fluffy sponge with a vanilla filling cream and jam between the layers. The chocolate sponge comes with a chocolate flavoured filling cream and the red velvet sponge is a deep red in colour with a hint of a chocolate flavouring. This comes with a vanilla filling cream between the layers of sponge. Storage:Store in a cool, dry place. Because of our preparation methods and ingredients the cake can stay fresh for up to 14 days after delivery if it is stored properly. This is because the sugarpaste icing helps create a natural barrier from the air that causes cakes to go stale.
