Custom Creative Pearl Kandy Toner Aqua Blue Kandy Basecoats consist of Kandy paint mixed along with pearls and flakes, to not only give the paint body but to also spray like a norm al basecoat with a Kandy glow! The Kandy Basecoat line is mixed 1:1 ratio with reducer. The paint can be applied over many different bases, depending on the base you spray the Kandy Basecoat on you will get different variances and tones. You can create many custom shades using this paint with some imagination and creativity! All colors offer ease of application and great coverage. Vibrant color selection to start with and paints can be mixed together to create new colors, just use your imagination!
