Enjoy a great example of the most popular Sicilian white wine. By Cantine Fina, with Grillo grapes originating from plots located in the western part of Sicily at about 150-400 met res above sea level. It has a bright, brilliant straw yellow colour, with a very tasty, refreshing flavour and an excellent persistence on the finish. 20% of the grapes are kept in barrique. Excellent when paired with grilled fish, pasta with fish sauces, shellfish and mature cheeses.
