The Keeki® Bag is a natural way to store your bread. The beeswax lined, linen bag measures 11" x 14". Large enough to comfortably fit a 1000g boule of bread. Features a wide openin g, drawstring closure, and is more user friendly than flat beeswax wrap. Keeki® Bags allow bread to breathe. The natural antibacterial property of beeswax will help to deter mold but will not prevent it from occurring entirely. Always monitor the contents of the bag for any signs of mold growth. Wipe interior with a cool damp washcloth. To clean exterior linen, you can brush or wipe gently with cold mild soapy water. Avoid using hot water. Hang to dry When you put a cut loaf of bread with the crumb exposed, put the cut end against the beeswax, draw the string and wrap any excess bag around the contents. Try to reduce any excess air in the bag to increase effectiveness. You can put the bag and contents in a refridgerator, but not a freezer. Show more
