This means that while it may take a few extra days to get to you, all of the ingredients (but especially the essential oils) will be fresh and at their most potent, allowing for a longer lifespan of targeted healing. Instructions for Use/Contraindications: Shake well before each use. Spray cleanser either onto a clean cloth (microfiber is recommended) or directly on the mat and firmly, but carefully, wipe down the entire surface.
