Prepare Your Clothing Items Please wash all items before shipping and send only the requested number of clothing pieces needed for your keepsake. 3. Creation Begins Once your package arrives, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This will also be your final opportunity to provide any additional notes, requests, or special design preferences before your keepsake enters production. Once completed, you’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. 5. Enjoy Your Keepsake Your custom keepsake will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
