You will receive an order confirmation email as well as an email with instructions for sending your clothing in. Titles can be up to 7 characters. Letters will be made to fit a 11.5" x 4.5" design space. Up to four pieces of material can be provided. All leftover material will be provided back to the customer with your completed order. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the clothing to our shop. We are not responsible for any lost of stolen items on the way to our shop. If no preference is selected for the thread colour, we will select one that we feel matches both the baby clothing and sweater. Clothing can be locally dropped off to us in Stittsville, ON or shipped. Please include your order number with your clothing or on your package. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email with the address.
