In 10", 12", and 14" diameters, the Frying Saucer design is a cross between a skillet and a sauce pan, featuring tall, versatile, sloping side walls around a flat cooking surface forged from thick, heat-loving, 10-gauge / 0.125" carbon steel. Pre-seasoned with coconut oil and ready to cook with, the 10" and 12" models (6" & 8" flat cooking surfaces respectively) offer classic, comfortable long handles, with the larger 14" (10" cooking surface) model including a hand-forged loop 'helper' handle opposite the long handle.
