Jean-Marie Massaud designed the Kennedee with a particular kind of cosmopolitan ease in mind. The silhouette is clean and dynamic, configured in linear, corner, or curved compositions that scale generously without becoming visually heavy. It reads equally well in a private residence and in a refined hospitality setting. The defining detail is the quilted backrest and cushions, where a delicate X motif is produced by hand using contrast stitching. This is not embellishment for its own sake. It is a direct expression of the Pesaro atelier's upholstery tradition, a craft lineage more than a century old.
