This Kentucky pad is technically advanced due to the use of shock absorbing materials but keeps the slim 2.5cm depth to keep your saddle fitting correctly. The new thinner design therefore ensures that the rider has a better contact with the horse when riding. whilst still offering amazing protection to the horse’s back. The 5-layer structure that makes up the Kentucky Half Pad, absorbs shocks and also minimises the pressure points from the saddle and rider. The Kentucky Horsewear Anatomic Half Pad Absorb uses a breathable absorbing fabric. The second layer consists of a memory foam. The third layer, an excellent shock absorbing gel. Then another layer of memory foam and finally a layer of the unique absorb fabric. The outer lining, known as the Absorb fabric offers outstanding technical properties. A special micro-fibre with ventilation holes, allows for quick drying and also has great anti-slip properties. The reduced thickness of the Kentucky Horsewear Anatomic Half Pad Absorb offers maximum freedom and stability. As a result this reduces back pain as well as offering more comfort for horse and rider.
