Snow-capped peaks may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Kenya, but the slopes of Mt. Kenya provide the perfect backdrop for this exceptional lot from Thai ta Factory. Around 800 Inoi Cooperative Society farmers contributed to this lot, which also benefited from the region’s rich red soils and high elevation. Only the ripest cherries are handpicked to be carefully processed, producing a classic Kirinyaga coffee with vibrant acidity, layered sweetness, and remarkable complexity.
