The Kerang bangle is made with brass and matte rhodium (one of Earth's rarest precious metals, the more exclusive cousin to platinum) plating takes its inspiration from what we com monly call coral, the intricately shaped calcium deposits secreted by tiny polyps that decorate the ocean floor. The Romans believed coral could ward off evil spirits; in the Hindu religion, coral symbolizes courage and strength. Resistant to tarnishing, this shiny, bright, silvery white bangle is a beautiful daily reminder to have confidence in oneself and with that you can take on the world!
