A keto diet is a very low-carbohydrate diet that pushes your body into ketosis. In this state, your body utilizes fat rather than carbohydrates for fuel. Since maintaining this diet requires a significantly low intake of carbohydrates to sustain ketosis, any additional support is beneficial. The Keto Support Pack is specifically designed to aid in maintaining ketosis and to help you feel energetic during your weight loss journey. The Keto BHB Plus Patch has beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), which is a ketone body that the body produces when it is in ketosis. Having higher levels of BHB can make your body more likely to stay in ketosis, which is the goal of a keto diet. This patch also contains appetite suppressants and energy boosters such as green tea. By design, a lot of fatty acids enter your body when you are following a high-fat keto diet. Most health experts agree that a higher ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids is better for heart health and other reasons, but it can be hard to get enough from natural sources such as fatty fish. The Omega-3 Vitamin Patch in this pack has EPA, DHA, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), and krill oil to keep up your ratios. During ketosis, your mind may have trouble focusing as carbohydrates are in short supply. That is why we included the Focus and Clarity Patch in this Patch Pack. It has memory-related herbals such as ginkgo and ginseng, and a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin. It can help promote a normal state of nourishment with vitamins such as B vitamins, vitamin C, and others. The Keto Support Patch Pack includes: Keto BHB Plus Patch Omega-3 Vitamin Patch Focus and Clarity Patch PatchAid Difference At PatchAid, we support total health. We see the human body as the complex, interactive system that it is, with ever-changing components that affect each other. You can see this holistic philosophy reflected in our patches when you see that PatchAid patches contain more nutrients per patch than other brands. Another PatchAid difference is the value we deliver to our customers. Our patches come with clear backing for a clear reason: it works. Other brands come with a white paper backing that can stick to the patch and damage the patch when you try to peel off the backing. Our patches come with a clear backing designed specifically to make sure every patch is usable, every time. To Use: Select an area of skin. The patch will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair, lotion, or oil residues such as your shoulder, back, or hip. Clean and dry the skin. Remove the patch from the release liner. Adhere the patch to your skin, pressing firmly. For best results, it is recommended to wear PatchAid patches for 8 hours. There is no additional benefit wearing the patch longer than 8 hours. When finished, remove the patch, fold it in half, and discard. Repeat with a new patch the next day. It is ok to wear multiple PatchAid patches at a time.
