This is the starting phase of your KForce routine. After the 2-Day Detox, move into your ongoing KForce maintenance cycle. 5-Day Maintenance Cycle Use Balance Rinse on Day 1 of the KForce maintenance cycle. It works as part of the complete KForce system. Balance Rinse and Day Rinse are used at different stages of the routine rather than being used together every time.
