Khmeli Suneli literally means “dried spices” and is a traditional Georgian herb and spice blend popular throughout Georgia and the Caucasus region. Savory, aromatic and packed with herbs, it’s fantastic on lamb, beef and chicken, and adds a ton of flavor to roasted vegetables, stews and even some fruit dishes. Ingredients: Coriander, Savory, Fenugreek, Marjoram, Dill, Spearmint, Parsley, Black Pepper, Bay, Calendula. Quick Khmeli Suneli Lamb: Rub 1 lb lamb with 1–2 tbsp Khmeli Suneli and 1 tbsp olive oil. Grill, roast or sear until cooked to your liking. Georgian-Style Roasted Veggies: Toss potatoes, carrots or cauliflower with 1–2 tbsp Khmeli Suneli and 2 tbsp olive oil.
