Motichoor Laddoo It starts with the tiniest drops of besan batter, passed through a fine jhara into hot ghee to make the little pearls that give motichoor its name. Those pearls ar e brought together with warm sugar syrup and cardamom, then each laddoo is shaped by hand while the mixture is still soft. The result is the motichoor laddoo we know — delicate, slightly grainy, and soft enough to gently fall apart as you eat it. Show more
