An AC charging cable for the Kia EV3, fitting both the 58.3 kWh Standard Range and the 81.4 kWh Long Range. Both use a Type 2 inlet, so a Type 2 to Type 2 cable fits either battery , and a Type 2 to 3-Pin cable is stocked as a backup lead. Both versions accept a maximum of 11kW on a three phase supply and 7.4kW on single phase. A UK home supply is single phase, so the car draws at most 7.4kW at home, and the 32A single phase cable delivers that in full, filling the Standard Range in about 8 hours 30 minutes and the Long Range in about 12 hours. Lengths are 5, 10, 15 and 20 metres, with 15 and 20 metres made in the 32A single phase rating only.
