KIDS Crochet 101: Learn to Crochet Class Level: Beginner Class Details: Want to learn a fun new craft? If you are ages 8 to 12, join us to learn the basics of crochet! This class is made for total beginners. Don't worry if you’ve never touched a crochet hook or if you've tried and struggled to figure it out—we will teach you everything you need to know from scratch. Dates: Wednesday, September 9 - 4-6pm or Wednesday, October 14 - 4-6pm You will learn how to: Make a slip knot Crochet a chain Work single crochet stitches in rows Read basic patterns What to bring to class (bring your own supplies, see list below, or purchase a class kit separately) Printed Patterns (provided at class) 1 skein Nifty Cotton (worsted weight, 100% cotton yarn) 5.0 mm (H) crochet hook Stitch markers Instructor: Laura M.
