A bold, limited-edition Islay single malt from Kilchoman, fully matured in rare ex-Maury fortified wine casks, a sweet Grenache-based wine from Roussillon. Unlike a finish, this wh isky spends its entire life in these casks, giving it a deep, wine-driven character layered over Kilchoman’s signature peat. Rich and expressive, it shows figs, raisins and dates alongside dark honey, orange peel and salted caramel. The palate is full and smoky, combining peat, dark chocolate and treacle with warming spice, finishing long with dried fruit, cacao and earthy smoke. Show more
