As announced during our recent tournament, we’re proud to launch the Kill Team Academy — a structured coaching experience designed for beginner and intermediate players who want to sharpen their skills and build confidence for tournament play. Whether you're looking to better understand core rules, improve your positioning, or think more strategically, this program is for you. Sessions are led by high-level Kill Team competitors who represent our community at major events across the globe. Event Details: · Time: Weekly sessions (1 per week for 4 weeks) – schedule confirmed upon registration · Entry Fee: $80 (includes all 4 sessions) · Location: 481 North Service Rd W A13, Oakville, ON L6M 2V6 · Format: 4-player group (2x 1v1 setup), coached by 1–2 expert players What’s Included: · 4 hands-on coaching sessions focused on rules mastery, tactical positioning, mission planning, and in-game decision-making · Small group format for focused learning and real-time feedback · Guided practice matches and breakdowns from experienced tournament players Requirements: · You must have a team ready to play (painting not required) · Some prior gameplay experience and rule familiarity expected — this is not a learn-to-play event · A willingness to learn, ask questions, and participate in group feedback is encouraged Coaching Structure: · Two coaches will work with each group of 4 players in 2v2 training matches · Each session builds on the last to gradually develop higher-level play · Players receive personalized feedback and coaching throughout
