The Killapilla has been designed and developed by Dr. Todd Gignac (Chiropractor) and his wife Carolina. Together they created Australia’s only locally made all natural, organic and spinally correct pillows, made in Gympie, Queensland, Australia. One day Todd and Carolina were faced with the reality that they didn’t feel comfortable selling the therapeutic pillows that we were stocking in their practice. They looked for alternatives but there where none. The Killapilla has been developed by combining the latest in design technology features with only the purest and most natural materials of the past. Resulting in the creation of a perfect pillow. One that is spinally correct, customisable, comfortable, safe, healthy, all natural and organic, and kind to the environment. you are making a difference: Locally hand crafted in Gympie by craftsmen and women showing every attention to detail. Non-dyed GOTS certified organic cotton fabric. Australian wool filling certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Every Killapilla is gently hand-stuffed with all natural Australian wool from non-mulesed sheep. The wool has been minimally processed and has not been bleached, carbonised, or dyed. Non-toxic and poly-fill free; no off-gassing of VOC's. Individually hand-packed in plastic free and recyclable packaging. features: Designed for kids/pre-teens, ages 8 - 12. All natural and organic. Perfect for back and side sleepers. Skillfully sewn and hand crafted locally. GOTS certified organic cotton fabric. Temperature regulating and anti-microbial Australian wool filling. Undyed and un-bleached materials, as a result the fabric and wool may have naturally occurring inconsistencies in colour and texture. Side support allows your head to be fully supported when sleeping on your side. Customisable neck support; different sized neck inserts offer support and comfort (included with pillow). An unnatural neck curve can be damaging to the vertebrae and disks, causing various symptoms such as headaches, neck pain, etc. Correctly supporting the necks’ natural curve helps to protect the spinal cord, keeping it free from pressure and tension. This allows our bodies to properly rest, rejuvenate, heal and repair.
