Killik is a family-run Melbourne distillery, dedicated to producing top quality and unique rums at your doorstep. Their production technique employs a wild ferment in order to crea te a funky, earthy characteristic that's referred to as "hogo" in Jamaican rums. Their Gold rum has been aged in ex-Chardonnay barrels for twelve month and the resulting notes of cherry, strawberry candy, and bubblegum are balanced perfectly with oak and funk.
