Tom Russo, an airplane mechanic recently recovering from a nervous breakdown, begins to spiral into delusion and homicidal madness when he suspects his wife, Leeza, is cheating on him with a string of neighborhood men. Paranoid and unhinged, Tom starts killing anyone he thinks has been with her — one by one — in gruesome and imaginative ways. Victims are murdered with ceiling fans, screwdrivers, machetes, and even a lawnmower.
