Kimlan Foods is a Taiwanese food product manufacturer headquartered in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. As of 2008, they are the largest soy sauce producer in Taiwan. Kimlan's Soy Sauce has t he consistency and colour of espresso and is thick enough to leave a slick on your fingers. The salt level is moderate, similar to a dill pickle. Kimlan's Soy Sauce steams soybeans, roasted wheat, and Australian sea salt, before fermenting the mix for six months.
