BEFORE YOU ORDER, check your Kindle Model! Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges when the wrong Device Type is ordered. Device Type c an be found by swiping down from the top of your Kindle screen. Selecting “All Settings”, then “Device Options”, then ”Device Info”. Look to “Device Type” then select your Device Type from our drop down menu! If you have an 11th Generation device please DOUBLE CHECK if it is a PAPERWHITE OR BASIC, we carry both size cases, and you will be responsible for return shipping if you order the wrong size.
