It’s not just size that counts, since king salmon contains the highest levels of fat for a moist, buttery texture and deep, rich flavor. King salmon also contains healthy Omega-3 fatty acids. All our salmon is caught and processed in the US ranging from the icy waters of Alaska to the abundant coast of Santa Barbara, using sustainable hook and line fishing methods. Our fish is caught fresh and flash frozen to preserve its natural goodness. The location where the salmon was obtained is printed on each package for traceability.
