Acrylic painting on plywood skateboard (805mm x 210mm x 10mm) The seventh instalment of my SKATE SHOP collection, 'King Size Homer' immortalises the greatest ever episode of The Simpsons on the bottom of a skateboard. Homer wearing his moo moo brings me great joy every time I see him. I just wish I'd had enough space to include his reaching broom. My SKATE SHOP collection usually combines my past love of skating with my love of music and recreates iconic album art on the bottom of skateboards, however for this and the accompanying two other boards I've decided to pay homage to the GOAT of cartoon dads.
