Our Lat / Row Combo offers DOZENS OF EXERCISE OPTIONS to the user. It is a heavy duty piece that has the feel and functions of commercial gym exercise machines in a small foot print, making it ideal for personal training facilities or a high-end home gym. The lat pulldown section has adjustable knee pads and a holder for the lat bar when not in use. The row section has a seat that adjusts front and back so the user can get to the position they prefer, along with a tray to hold the handle being used. The High and Low Swivel Pulleys allow the user to comfortably perform arm, shoulder and leg exercises including tricep pressdowns, standing bicep curls, side shoulder pulls and leg lifts. Other features include a foot rest for stability during rows; a tall steel hand grip for use during low swivel pulley exercises; and hooks for storing handles.
