This is one of our most popular and practical farmhouse ranch plans. This design is specifically suited for sloping lots or rough terrain with views out the back of the house. Exam ples are mountain lots, hilly lots, lake lots or golf course lots. With a big and deep front porch (8 feet), the house is craftsman and rustic in appearance. It has a detached, 2 car front entry garage which can be located based on site conditions.
