The Kinu M47 Phoenix manual grinder is equipped with Black Fusion–treated and hardened conical burrs (47 / 32 mm), each with four ball bearings. The Kinu M47 Phoenix features a stepless adjustment system with fine threading (M10 x 0.5) and 50 subdivisions. Each subdivision adjusts the burr distance by 0.01 mm. We primarily recommend using this grinder for espresso, and suggest purchasing the additional burr set for filter/pour-over grinding.
