To help you read and understand the records it contains, a great deal of time and effort had been expending in transcribing, translating and typing these records. In the original, it will be noted that beginning in March, 1866 a change of handwriting indicates that Pastor Dangers had help in doing the recording, likely from his teenage daughter. Many names are spelled by sound and, unfortunately, the dates of birth of children baptized are not given. May you, the researcher, find this translation a help in doing your work. Ella A.
