The sake produced by Kuroki Honten is not only of the highest quality, but the company also endeavours to preserve and continue the traditional culture of sake brewing, which is de eply rooted in the country. That is why Kuroki Honten does everything itself, from cultivating the soil to sowing and harvesting. The waste produced during shochu production is recycled and used as organic fertiliser. The Kuroki Honten distillery places a great deal of value on the cycle of nature, from its origin to its completion.
