Green Korean Perilla: a unique flavor that tastes somewhere between mint and basil used as a wrap for sushi and cooked food. Excellent as a microgreen too! Red Aka Shiso is a traditional Japanese herb (also known as perilla in Korea) with refreshing aromatic leaves. Notably used in making Umeboshi! Garland Round Leaf Chrysanthemum Greens have milder flavor than the serrated-leaf varieties. Edible Chrysanthemum greens can be great in containers and are used for a plethora of culinary and medicinal uses.
