There is nothing quite as pure as a homegrown berry, and for me, raspberries are truly the Queen of the Berries. Together, we’ll make traditional raspberry jam using a treasured recipe passed down from my Mam, as well as a quick and simple chia-seed jam variation. You’ll leave with a jar of freshly made raspberry jam and a batch of warm, homemade scones straight from the oven.
