Come learn the classics of Irish baking during a half day kitchen experience at my home in Fethard, Co. Tipperary!! Not only will you learn how to master some baking classics but you'll get your hands full of flour and dough as we bake, taste and share the joy of creating and sharing together. The menu changes with the seasons so no two Kitchen Experience days are ever the same. I will also be sharing all my time-saving tricks, favourite recipes & kitchen secrets! Learn how to bake using only Irish milled and grown grains alongside the best of Irish dairy surrounded by views of Slievenamon and rolling farmland.
