This class is all about those fabulous Chefs tips that will give you control and the edge at home. We cover Knife Skills and how to sharpen, including Butchery and marinades. Eleva ting Humble seasonal ingredients into restaurant dishes and how to make a perfect Jus. You will be working mostly independently on this class but will share a hob and some equipment with another attendee. We will be butchering a Whole chicken and using each cut.
