The traditionally known Japanese Kiridashi knife is a multi function single right bevelled tool. Often sold as a Japanese marking knife, the stiff blade of the Kiridashi truly exce ls at heavier cuts. It's our go to every day carry knife for leather processing in the workshop. At a chunky 5mm and heat treated it will take a beating and keep its edge. To homage where the design came from we called this unique EDC knife the 'Kitsune Kiridashi Knife' which is the Japanese word for Fox. These EDC, hand forged blades are also awesome tools for carving, scraping and marking. Comes with a hand stitched, Italian leather sheath. To purchase this item you must be over 18 years old.
