The Kitty Cat Sweater is a fully customizable knitting pattern that is knit top-down, seamlessly in the round. This is an intermediate difficulty pattern. Some techniques you will encounter in this sweater: knitting in the round, folded collar, increase/decrease stitches, stranded colorwork with multiple colors, intarsia in the round (if you choose this technique), duplicate stitch, and some embroidery techniques (explained in pattern).ConstructionSweater starts top-down with a folded collar. Repeating motifs are included and suggested to use stranded colorwork technique. Cat faces were added to the sweater using either stranded colorwork or intarsia in the round. Stranded colorwork will create a much heavier sweater than intarsia will. You will select the “base type” cat chart that corresponds to the duplicate stitch chart you want to use and knit the base type with one color.
