Grown at a high altitude of 1, 650 meters above sea level, the region's warm days and cool nights help develop sweet, dense cherries. It boasts syrupy and juicy notes reminiscent of treacle walnuts alongside fragrant fresh figs. A citrus-like acidity balances the jammy sweetness.
